The contractor fills out the W-9 form
to provide information to the business they work for, and that business later reports the contractor's yearly earnings on the 1099 form.

Submit Copy of your Driver's License

You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.

 

No matter how you deliver, you'll need to submit your W9 form. If you're delivering by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a 2-door or 4-door car, and have a valid driver's license in your name
