What about if your driver never shows up?

That's never happened before but if it happens our company will cover the food cost and also we will credit the customer for the same amount.
How long have you been in this business?

Started in 2013, we have been in the food delivery business for 11 years now.
What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?

It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that our fees will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?

We have thousands of drivers everywhere in United States.
What if the food is delivered late?

If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is because one of our drivers, we will cover 100% of the food cost.
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?

No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as the restaurant does. In just a few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
